The following are some guidelines about our shipping process.  We strive to provide you with a hazzle-free, reliable and safe delivery of your plants.

When do we ship?

We ship within 1-4 business days after receiving your order.

When to expect it?

We aim to keep shipping transit times between 2-4 business days.

What carrier?

We use UPS, FedEx or USPS as the most reliable and cost effective carriers.

How about the packaging?

We use a unique packaging that allows us to ship plants ranging from two inches to five feet. We are so confident in our shipping capabilities that we guarantee a healthy plant delivery on every order.

What to do once I receive the plants?

You should unpack and water them immediately upon arrival to help them recover from their dark, semi-dormant state.

How about weather conditions?

Please note that ultimately, you are responsible for making sure the plant survives the temperture and climate in your specific location. Tropical plants are very sensitive to cold tempertures specially during winter months. 

Simmilarly, plants inside a box and left outdoors under the sun can suffer extrmenly with the heat. Make sure that you track your order and avoid these conditions.

Order Status

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
