All of our plants are shipped directly from the farm, and our packaging ensures their safe transit.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

• We guarantee that plants will arrive in reasonable, healthy condition at delivery.
• If a plant arrives damaged or clearly compromised due to transit, we require photo documentation within 3 days.
• Once verified, we will either replace the plant or issue a credit, depending on the situation.
• We do not cover issues that arise after delivery due to environmental conditions, care practices, delays, or extreme weather beyond our control.

TRANSIT PROTECTION

We do not cover any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. To protect your order in transit, we offer Shipping Protection from Damage, Loss & Theft at checkout for a small additional fee. This coverage ensures your plants are fully protected from loss, theft, or damage during delivery, giving you peace of mind. If Transit Protection is not selected at  checkout, we are unable to provide replacements for issues that occur during shipping.
