DELIVERY
What should I do when my order arrives?
Upon arrival, immediately unbox your plant, water it if the soil is dry, and move it to a spot with indirect sunlight to help it acclimate for a few days.
How long should I wait before repotting the plant after receiving it?
After a week or two, you can repot it if necessary, but avoid doing so immediately to reduce stress on the plant. If you repot right after receiving it, be very careful with its roots and make sure they are damaged in the transition.

Can I grow the plant I'm buying indoors if its for outdoors?
Yes, many outdoor plants can be grown indoors, but they require a gradual transition, pest inspection, and adjustments to care for indoor conditions. To successfully bring a plant indoors, you must acclimate it slowly to lower light, adjust its watering and feeding schedule, and check for and treat any pests.
Are your plants healthy?
A plant's health is determined by visual cues like leaf color and shape, the presence of new growth, and a look at its roots. Healthy plants typically have shiny, dark green, and firm leaves with no spots or wilting, as well as new, compact growth. Signs of good health also include well-formed buds, a straight trunk, and roots that are not overly circling or growing out of the pot.
We inspect all our plants prior to shipment and strive to provide the most healthy plant delivered. It is possible for a shipped plant to come with a yellow or dead leave due to temperture changes, weather contidions, stress, shock, time spent inside the box, lack of water, lighting etc. Allow for the plant to recuperate over the following days.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in all orders.
How long will it take to arrive?
We ship within 1-4 business days after receiving your order with transit time between 2-4 business days.
Can you ship internationally?
We do not. Only contineantal US.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. Plants cannot withstand the stress of multiple journeys through the shipping system. Therefore, all sales are final.
Should your plant arrive damaged by transit or extreme weather, please share a picture to our customer service and we'll work with you to make things right.
